The Field Separator option in the Text Import dialogue uses checkboxes, not
radio buttons, to select the Field Separator. This should be replaced with
either radio buttons or a dropdown select as in practice a CSV file will not
use multiple Field Separators, and many people (i.e. just about everybody in my
office) seem to have trouble selecting only a single one.
