RTF in LibO vs MS Word
Steps:
1) Open attachment 104719
2) save as RTF file and open it in Word 2007 or 2013
3) footer footnotes have a superscript-styled tab space and a box-shaped
character before each footnote text
Tested in 4.4 (2014-08-12) on Windows and 4.3.2 (2014-08-09) on Linux.
