But you do not see anything in LO's > > Impress Remote dialog ... :( > > NO REPRO with LO 4.3.1.1 + Ubuntu 12.04. FWIW, after reinstalling my Debian Testing i686 last weekend, I am able to connect my tablets via wifi with LO Version: 4.2.6.2 Build-ID: 420m0(Build:2) from Debian as well as my parallel installed Version: 4.3.1.1 Build-ID: c4b15cd4d00dec6b266fa830b4ba73e31ae6ce73 (following the instructions from https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel) again ... ;) But I am still not able to connect Impress Remote via bluetooth (get an message á la "Connection failed. Make sure, that blahblahblah" ... :( ). Maybe I need to install some additional packages, do some configuration somewhere? I have installed ii bluetooth 5.21-2 all Bluetooth support ii libbluetooth3:i386 5.21-2 i386 Library to use the BlueZ Linux Bluetooth stack ii python-bluez 0.20-1 i386 Python wrappers around BlueZ for rapid bluetooth development . If I start bluetoothctl, I get [NEW] Controller 00:22:43:E3:8D:C4 niobe [default] , so it seems to recognize my bluetooth controller. > I often have to kick my /usr/sbin/bluetoothd process (i.e. restart it) to > get my phone or my headset to pair with my computer, but if you're able to > connect to the computer successfully with LO 4.1, then it's probably not a > problem with the phone or bluetooth. I have used "/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart", but to no avail ... :( If I use "/etc/init.d/bluetooth status", I get bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; enabled) Active: active (running) since So 2014-08-17 17:35:37 CEST; 32min ago Docs: man:bluetoothd(8) Main PID: 2994 (bluetoothd) Status: "Running" CGroup: /system.slice/bluetooth.service └─2994 /usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd Aug 17 17:35:37 niobe bluetoothd[2994]: Starting SDP server Aug 17 17:35:37 niobe bluetoothd[2994]: Bluetooth management interface 1.4 initialized Aug 17 17:35:37 niobe bluetoothd[2994]: Sap driver initialization failed. Perhaps you can determine which build was the > first to break... See above. IIRC, this worked with LO 4.1.6, before I reinstalled my Debian Testing i686, but – alas – I have not installed it by now ... :( Thanks again for your interest and have a nice evening Thomas. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
