Some notes here: https://wiki.debian.org/BluetoothUser > > I often have to kick my /usr/sbin/bluetoothd process (i.e. restart it) to > > get my phone or my headset to pair with my computer, but if you're able to > > connect to the computer successfully with LO 4.1, then it's probably not a > > problem with the phone or bluetooth. > > I have used "/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart", but to no avail ... :( I was just killing the process and letting the daemon restart itself. IIRC, a reboot accomplished similar results for me. > > Have you tried a 4.2 build? Perhaps you can determine which build was the > > first to break... > > See above. IIRC, this worked with LO 4.1.6, before I reinstalled my Debian > Testing i686, but – alas – I have not installed it by now ... :( Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean: Are you saying that you previously tested on 4.1.6, but haven't had a chance to install 4.1.6 again since you wiped/reinstalled Debian? Quick side note: Because of the way that Bugzilla wraps lines, if you have a list of long entries such as LO versions w/build id's, please put each one on a new line so that it's easier for others to scan the information: LO Version: 4.3.0.4 Build-ID: 62ad5818884a2fc2e5780dd45466868d41009ec0 as well as with LO Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 9e970303ddcccd9e33641f8f00bbc4c739a58cd7 TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86@45-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-07-22_02:33:57 and LO Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 42cd7a8a26201fa1db98d6498198db23abef87fc TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86@45-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-07-31_21:12:57 Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
