Actually, from LibO 4.2, CorelPolyGUI is much less useful as forced intercept, polynomial and moving average trendlines are now included in LibO itself. There were always difficulties on Mac OS, but I have no Mac systems to test. You should use standalone version of CorelPolyGUI as indicated on extension page: http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/improved-trend-lines/releases/1.4.5/CorelPolyGUI_1-4-5_standalone.zip By the way, I'm not the author of this marvelous extension, but only one of the main QA tester.
