XLSX spreadsheet

Opening this XLSX in Calc does not display all conditional formats:

1. wrong font in conditional formatted cells (all bold values seem to use Arial
or Calibri instead of Futura);
font is not changeable and document contains hundreds of condional style
templates (one for every cell?) - changing those also does not change font;
creating new template with other font also has no effect

conditional rule here is: cell value smaller or equal to =MIN(H$13:H$432)*1,1
     then use bold font

2. some conditional format rules are not displayed (see attached pictures) -
all cells with yellow background (H19, i25, J24..)

conditional rule here is: cell value is =MIN(H$13:H$417) then use bold font and
yellow background
