Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Generate an XLSX with formulas using XlsxWriter
2. Open in LibreOffice
Current behavior:
Default settings when installed make all formulas to appear as 0.
Expected behavior:
The default settings should be that formulas are recalculated on file load and
the values appear.
