I found that out, indeed I have this option. 
But what I suggested was this option to be *default* (both for "Excel 2007 and
newer ", and for "ODF Spreadsheet (not saved by LibreOffice)".

I believe this would be helpful, saving everyone the time to find and enable
it. And it was set as such in OpenOffice. Is there a reason why this option was
changed not to recalculate, as default?
