Thanks for your help.

At your questions:
a) This problem not happens in a new document.
b) NO i dont have a link to any database. I thinks may be this is the problem.
c) I do several times the backup, rename, deletion the LO profile and
reinstall, but the problem appears in the same documents.
d) Copy content in TXT file works ok, but, i can“t do this with very largest
documents (and do the work again every time) or with documents with comments
and changes of third parties.

I will download the latest version to probe.-
