I've done hundreds and hundreds of ms. pages with LibreOffice and know how to use it. I have made no changes in HOW I use it. And I repeat: this problem has only occurred since a Ubuntu 14.01 Update. What I propose to do, in a week's time when I return home from holidays, is download and install LibreOffice on a Windows machine and see if the same problem exists.
