--- Comment #2 from Pfuschi <[email protected]> 2012-03-20 16:29:24 PDT --- A. Chart ranges 1. Usually opened file with LibO 3.4.4, doubleclicked chart and changed data and series ranges freely. This is, how it should behave. 2. Opened unchanged file with new LibO 3.5.0 or 3.5.1, doubleclicked chart and tried to change data and series ranges. It was not possible to enter any range beyond cells filled with data; i.e. the range is immediately (while entering) reset to range of filled cells. When entering additional data, the ranges can be extended up to filled cells (but no further). When removing data, the ranges extend beyond filled cells, even when file is saved. But upon closing and reopening the file the ranges are reset to the extent of filled cells. This is not as it should behave, as for presenting new entered data in the chart the ranges have to be adjusted manually upon each data entry. Remark: this same problem occured in earlier versions of OpenOffice (and LibO?) and even worse, the menu point 'data ranges ...' was sometime greyed and not usable. Excel (2000) would behave correctly with the same files. B. Conditional formatting see Bug 37987 and hopefully it will be solved soon. C. Background colour Any background colour is not shown on screen in a protected sheet (but is shown in page preview and PDF output). Maybe I'm going to open a new bug for this minor defect. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
