Looks like the fix from comment #49 doesn't do the whole magic. So, on my computers (all Win7, 64bit) the situation is unchanged: * any version up to and including 4.2.8 works as expected * any version from 4.3.0 shows the "cursor on first page" bug * the daily build from master at 2015-02-02 still shows the bug Any document with more than one page could be used for testing.
