Problem description: no option to enter password to edit document when opening
document
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to File > Save as
2. In Save as dialogue, enter a name for your document and select □ Save with
password
3. In Select password dialogue, enter (2x) a password to ***allow changes***
(we don't want a password to open the file)
4. Save and close document
5. Re-open document
Current behavior:
The document opens in read-only mode with no message to enter a password to
edit the document
Expected behavior:
The document opens and the user is prompted to enter a password to edit the
document
Software used :
O/S : Win 8.1 in French
LO : 4.3.5.2 in French
