LibreOffice Writer doc that gives me chills when exporting as PDF/A

Exporting the attached ODT-file as PDF/A-1a with ArchLinux's LibreOffice
3.5.1.2 / Build-ID: 350m1(Build:102) the resulting PDF file is not valid
according to <http://www.pdf-tools.com/pdf/pdfa-online-pruefen.aspx>:

Validating file for conformance level pdfa-1a
The key CharSet is required but missing.
The width for character 1 in font 'BAAAAA+LinuxLibertineO' does not match.
The document does not conform to the requested standard.
The document contains fonts without embedded font programs or encoding
information (CMAPs).

Seems true as my business partners using Adobe Reader tell me they can't open
the PDF at all.

Anybody has the same problem? What can I do to create a valid PDF? Change font?
TIA!
