As default, area color of shapes is "Tango: Sky Blue 1", but there is no
setting to change this default color.
Following 2 ways can be considered to solve this.
1.Add option like "Set Autoshapes defaults" in Microsoft Office.
2.Add "Drawing Object Styles" to "Format and Settings" in Writer and Calc.
(Impress already has one)
