The default OS shortcut for input switching on my system is : Alt Cmd Spacebar With LO 4422 : Switching works in Writer without activating CTL in Writer module settings However, switching doesn't work in Calc, the cell with focus only enters spaces, instead of changing the input language so I can't confirm your first statement tht it worked previously or currently works with that version.
