Using a web based CMS database. CMS has a link to "Copy to Clipboard" a
person's name and address. When attempting to paste into writer. A dialog
appears: "requested clipboard format is not available".
Workaround is to use File | Paste Special or [ctl]+[shift]+V. But that is
unreliable. Sometimes "paste special" option is greyed out. I have been
unable to determine circumstances when it is unavailable.
Paste from this CMS to other applications (text editor, etc.) always works.
