Description of problem:
In Impress and Draw, selecting the option to adjust the width, it does not
operate automatically (like Writer) to expand/collapse the sidebar or other
panel.
Version-Release number of selected component:
Fedora 22 (GNOME 3.16.2)
LibreOffice 5.0.0.3 (Build ID: f79b5ba13f5e6cbad23f8038060e556217e66632)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document in LO Draw or Impress
2. Select Fit width in statusbar option in menu or View|Zoom|Page width
3. Expand or hide sidebar
Current results:
To expand/hide the sidebar, page width does not change automatically (depending
on the size of page, the sidebar is superposed to content)
Expected results:
To expand/hide the sidebar, page width automatically adjusts to the available
screen width (like Writer)
