I upgraded to the newest version a day ago. Today I am finding that each time I
close all LibreOffice apps, the Windows Task Manager shows that it is still
running a task for soffice.bin and soffice.exe. I am not able to reopen a
LibreOffice app until I kill these tasks using the Windows Task Manager.
Attempts to do so simply add additional soffice.bin and soffice.exe tasks
within the Task manager. As long as I do not exit LibreOffice I am fine
(although app loading seems really slow compared to the last version), but as
soon as I exit all LibreOffice apps I cannot get back in without manually
killing the app using the Task Manager.
