You mean the dialogs that likely will be eliminated once the CMIS GSoC code is
fully implemented.

No most users go with defaults and rarely change it, so them not setting to see
LO dialogs does not equal them choosing their DE for the dialogs.

Are you saying that its technically not possible to do this cross platform, or
that its a bad idea?
