            Bug ID: 94506
Summary: Soft hyphens should not be exported in text format
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.0.1.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

When exporting a text document to text format, soft hypens are converted to
spaces, i.e. a word is separated into two. This is wrong since the intention of
a soft hypen is to hyphenate a word if applicable at the end of a line.

Reproduce: This can easily be reproduced by creating a document, inserting a
soft hypen anywhere and save it as a text file. At the position of the soft
hypen, there will be a whitespace.

Fix: Discard the soft hypens when exporting to text format.
