After adding comment to cell, comment arrow (with show comment activated) will
point to different cell below (not to red comment dot in cell as in previous
versions of LO). Tip of arrow cannot be moved even if marked.
Also (since LO 5.01.2) some comments cannot be marked (handles showing) to
resize/move.
