Smaller_Test_File

Sorry for exclamation mark, it was just because the difference is very big.
I did not report "opens faster in Excel". I reported a slow opening of a .xlsx
file. The fact is, I opened the file with an old Excel copy to compare.
xlsx is not a native format for Excel 2003, it also needs to be converted by a
plugin (Microsoft File Format Converters) before loading.
Attached the same file with less rows (about 1200). On my computer, it opens in
45s. I/O error just occurs on some machines, because there's too much lines
(lines are all the same), previous file had about 2500 rows, I'll make another
bug report for that.
