apparently a null-pointer dereference in library "ffdshow.ax",
at address ffdshow!configureEnc+3a2f5

since the crash is in third-party code and due to lack of symbols
for the third party library it's hard to tell if there
is a bug in LibreOffice here.

also, this was a 32-bit process (can we rename that misleading "hardware" field
some day?).

which of the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Win7codecs" or "C:\Program Files
(x86)\SuperCar\" contains the crashing library? do you perhaps have different
"codec packs" installed that break each other or something like that?
