As you can see from the following pictures, horizontal ruler in Writer is
shorter from bottom than expected:

According to Jan Holesovsky (who redesigned the ruler bars) this is bug, but
not related to his changes:

This might as well affect any other LibreOffice component, if you have a recent
master built, please let us know, if it does or doesn't.
