So, assuming me knowledge is correct (on 32/64bit): For 32bit ones (such as the current Windows version), mention "If Java is needed, note that this version works with the 32 bit version of Java (JRE 32bit), not the 64 bit of Java." For 64bit ones (such as 64bit Linux versions), mention "If Java is needed, note that this version works with the 64 bit version of Java (JRE 64bit), not the 32 bit of Java."
