Did you read about https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ? LO profile dircetory keeps all the config of LO (extensions included). If you rename it, it'll force LO to create a brand new one at the next launch of it. The goal is to be sure your problem is not due to some bugs from old LO versions.
