Presently we have toolbar (.uno:AssignLayout) and sidebar means of changing a
slide's layout, but we dont have this ability within the context menu or menu
bar. So it would be useful to modify .uno:AssignLayout to work within the
menus, so that the list of available layouts a listed as radio button entries
in a submenu, as presently it doesnt do anything.
