In fact when I did copy all drawings in my Draw file at once and paste them at once I have got the same result as in your attachment. But when I try to copy a part of it - some of the small drawings and paste them in the Writer document frames the result was different. In my attachment to the bug report I have created a PDF before the save operation and second one after save, close and reopen. Please see the difference. Also I am working in Linux only. At the moment it is openSUSE Leap 42.1. So may be there is some thing different. Unfortunately this new Year started very hard and busy for me, so I could try to do more experiments but not earlier than in the weekend.
