Hi,
When opening or downloading documents via Firefox which contain Norwegian
characters, Libreoffice cannot find the file to open. Using other software this
works fine. I can test a patch. I'm not sure where the problem is, though I
suspect that Libreoffice is somehow filtering the filenames.
