--- Comment #5 from HPS <h...@selasky.org> --- It looks like libreoffice converts the actually Norwegian standard ASCII character to a question mark. It is not UTF-8 like I thought initially. You should be able to reproduce this, by creating a similarly named file. See the hexdump in the screenshot to the right.
