Bug ID: 97547 Summary: Win10 Printing problems Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: comfortablyn...@o2online.de Created attachment 122368 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=122368&action=edit Address labels I changed my systems to Win10pro and Win10home, both X64. If using my "old" files which worked on XP, Win7pro and Vista lately (specifically an address label file with 40 labels, writing and graphics in each label)the file either does not load the graphics (reading error), or it loads the file finally after I minimize and maximize the window for each graphic, which equals to 40 times (s.a.). I tried to change the file by changing the graphics type from pcx to jpg, tried to link the files, or insert them completely without linking. No change. If I finally get the graphics displayed (after 40x minimize etc), they may show up in the print-preview, but if I open the printer menu, the graphics are not shown; if they are (depending on the document version), they still will not print. Using the same file on my old Vista Lap, they will print! In forums I got the idea to shut off OpenGL rendering in the options menu, which gave some relief with loading the file, but not with printing. Whenever I tried to print LO crashed immediately and completely. The path of the linked files was - after saving the file - sometimes changed to a path that does not even exist in the computer - no wonder there was when opening them again a reading error. Same with Draw: I inserted 4 graphics, one was printed, the others weren't. Some of the bugs listed in the current list were maybe close to mine, but sounded different, especially since mine seems to be just Win10 related - if I missed it: SORRY! By the way: I tried the latest (LibreOffice_5.0.4_Win) LOs in x86 and x64 Versions - no change; Ubuntu 14.04 had no problems either with the display (printer was not installed at that point yet to find out) Attached a version of the nasty address label file - from the size the graphics should be inserted, not linked, but who knows, it was easier with the older LO-Versions to link or insert or change that ... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
