Steps:
1) Open Draw with a new profile
2) Notice that View > Snap Lines > Display Snap Lines is disabled
3) Create a snap line by dragging it from a ruler
4) Notice that View > Snap Lines > Display Snap Lines is not enabled
5) Click View > Snap Lines > Snap to Snap Lines
6) Notice that the created snap line is gone and View > Snap Lines > Display
Snap Lines is disabled
