What build of Windows, and what is your graphics driver, the content from
opengl_device.log the %APPDATA%\roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache folder.
Does enabling/disabling "Use OpenGL for all rendering (on restart)" have an
impact on your printing?
Also, what "printing" are your performing? To a ghostscript based PDF, to MS
XPS, or to an actual Windows printer?
