Distorted Input Fields

Changing any text in any input field (font, font size, style) regardless of if
it's in the top toolbar or in the sidebar makes the text get distorted. I have
an identical setup on another machine that does not have this problem so I
suspect it might be a graphics card issue.
It's a regression from previous version. I suggest it be set to at least Major
as it is a very basic feature to be able to cleanly change fonts, font size,
styles, etc... without it looking ugly, distorted, and illegible.
