There is no selection for the language with what LibO will launch after installation, that always will be the language of the OS (I never checked what will happen if you only install languages different from OS language. When you have launched LibO you can select a different language (from the installed languages). @reporter: " ... overriding user selection." - what selection? I can not imagine a necessity to start LibO after installation with a different language than OS.
