A case of RTFM on my part. The (UI = OS language) behaviour makes good sense,
but in this case I happen to have a Danish OS and prefer an English UI. No
problem, once you realise that the UI language can be selected after launch,
but the installation page does seem to imply IMHO that the UI language is
selected at installation.
