I am a power user, and have disabled all the toolbars to save screen real
estate.
But a couple of the toolbars, most annoyingly the Navigation toolbar, pop open
all the time. And then I have to close it.
It pops up even though I have disabled ALL of the functions of that toolbar.
There should be a way to disable automatic pop-up of tool bars.
