Can't do a thing with this enhancement.
The Navigator is not a Toolbar, it is a dialog implemented in .UI and available
as a Sidebar deck, or as a secondary floating dialog that can be docked left as
you have done.
<F5> will toggle the docked Navigator dialog on or off, but the contextual
button bar at the top is part of the Navigator dialog.
