This and bug 100106 together seems to indicate your current LibreOffice
installation is in an inconsistent state. Did you upgrade from a previous
LibreOffice version when you installed 5.1.3.2?
First please try resetting the whole user profile (I saw in the other thread
you already renamed registrimodifications.xcu, now do this with the profile
directory itself). If that doesn't help, reinstall LibreOffice.
