Fix imposing obsolete spelling on young people.

The file DocumentList.xml in C:\Program Files\LibreOffice
5\share\autocorr\acor_fr.dat\ controls the automatic correction when typing
(before and independently of spell-checking tools, e.g. dictionaries).
It should thus correct just obvious common misspellings, and not enforce an
obsolete spelling.
More than 25 years ago, the French-speaking countries agreed on a tiny reform
("Réforme 1990") which is included in the http://www.dicollecte.org/ spelling
package.
It is extremely absurd that LibreOffice insists on adding obsolete accents to
normal vowels, such as î instead of i or û instead of u.

The included file does NOT impose any of the two accepted spellings, but fixes
other errors which may take place, independently of the usage of Réforme 1990
(as is done in Swiss and Canadian schools) or the obsolete spelling (as is used
in many rural French schools).

The only line I have deleted is ambigue --> ambhiguë, because since the
26-year-old "reform" the recommended spelling is ambigüe, in agreement with
pronunciation and all other romance language spellings.

Best reagrds,
 MRA
