Formula =TBILLEQ(DATE(2008,7,14), DATE(2009,1,14), 0.04) returns different
results in excel and calc.
> Excel:0,04139501180367 Calc:0,04138791246173
And Gnumeric returns 0.041401996370235936 ...
calculation again involves YearFrac Basis, here in
ODFF for TBILLEQ defined with basis 2 (Actual/360).
Would have to be compared whith what we actually implemented.
