TBILLYIELD uses GetDiffDate360 to get the number of days between settlement and
maturity date. This value is incremented by 1, (e.g. 1 January and 1 July
differ 180 days and the value is incremented to 181) and the calculation is
done with the incremented value. In most cases this produces the same results
as Excel.

In some cases it doesn't. When I don't increment the number of days value with
1 (e.g keep it at 180), a lot of these cases return the same result as Excel.
But now of course all other cases have a different result.

Gnumeric produces the same results as Excel in all cases I tested.

I will see if I can find anything wrong with the GetDiffDate360/GetYearFrac
functions. It probably is a yearfrac-bug, not a TBILLEQ/TBILLPRICE/TBILLYIELD
bug.
