Version of current dictionary is 2008.12.06. Fortunately there are editors who
constantly take care of base of dictionary. Moreover, they publish their work
under LGPL license and the last release comes from 2016.02, so let's bundle it
to LibreOffice by default!

And I have additional questions.
I also want to publish it on extension portal, but description.xml within oxt
file doesn't include information how to check for new version.
According to documentation (

there must be line:

When I opened description.xml file I saw this.

So is that information still valid? Can I just upload extension to extension
center and forget about update issues?
