@Samuel, difficult to test/verify--how are you "embedding" LibreOffice into
another application?
The Window menu looks to be from the application, not LibreOffice. Is there an
Open with external program (swriter.exe in this case) in this program? If so,
seems the issue is not with LibreOffice (which does show its open documents in
the Windows menu) but with the program using LibreOffice as a helper.
