In this case it's a proprietary application I cannot share. There might be
other apps out there which embed LO.

The Window menu is from LibreOffice. It tries to read the window title of the
XFrame parent window, but it fails if that is not a LO window. Also it will
never succeed in bringing an embedded window into front, so I think best is to
just remove embedded frames from the window menu.
