Thank you, Regina!
Now it's clear to me.
Workflow:
1. Select the entire text of a document
2. Go to Format > Bullets and Numbering
3. Go to tab Outline
4. Select the first option
Result:
All headings are outlined.
Fantastic! I think this is actually quite easier once you know how to do it and
where to find it.
