It may also be worth to use Cairo - I already measured that it's faster for
FatLines. I also checked that it is slower for colored PolyPolygons. It might
be faster with Bitmap painting - we should try that instead of again and aigain
trying to optimize own bitmap scaling - this should simply not be done in a
graphics stack anymore by hand, at least not for paining an EditView
