Those values in m_aReSubstUserVarOrder ultimately come from an obscure
/org.openoffice.Office/Substitution/SharePoints configuration set.  There is
nothing in the LO code base that adds anything to that set (and there's no sign
that there ever was, in neither LO nor OOo), though, so that dubious code would
normally be dead code.

Unless that Ubuntu "ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-5-2" ships with nonstandard
means to populate that configuration set?  Björn?
