to attempt to reproduce this behaviour.
What were you doing in the Writer document when it crashed ?
What kind of document had you opened ?
Please provide a reproducibly-crashing sample document, otherwise this will be
difficult to confirm.

Thunderbolt 27" monitor. Could you tell us what screen resolution you are
running the monitor at ?
